Read Psalms 60-63 this morning.
“O God, You are my God; I shall seek you earnestly; my soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for Your, in a dry and weary land where there is no water,” and the superscription states that David was in the wilderness of Judah when he wrote this. The “dry and weary land where there is no water” was not poetic circumlocution! It was a real life experience.
Worked on stuff for tonight’s prayer meeting. Printed and collated a bunch of copies of our new gospel pamphlet, “Your Life and God.”
Prayer meeting!
