I see that it’s been a year and a half since I’ve done a daily bale. I’ve been thinking about starting it back up again, if for no other reason than to help me see what I’ve done with the time entrusted to me by the Lord.
The day began like most every other day, with coffee, a piece of toast, and reading my Bible. I’m working through Ezekiel right now as I have been trying to read 20pp every day. I’ve not always been successful, for sure. I’ve really enjoyed doing this as it’s helped me see the lay of the land from a bird’s eye (or helicopter) view.
Monday mornings I like to take for prayer and review the events of Sunday and plan for the rest of the week.
A good chunk of the afternoon I worked on a proposal to an area church that has communicated with us. I can’t share details publicly yet, but we’re praying that the Lord would provide for a significant need we have through this!
I did some initial work in John 10 for Sunday morning. Unlike this past Sunday when we covered all of John 9, chapter 10 needs to be taken a bit slower.
Drove around with Hannah for an hour (driver’s training).
In preparation for next week’s fall conference of the Ohio Bible Fellowship, I continued my reading and study of the Ohio Regional of the IFCA, predecessor to the OBF.
