For my Bible reading this morning, I read one of my favorite chapters, 2 Corinthians 5. Verse 15 has been a “hit-between-the-eyes” challenge since I heard it preached my first year in chapel at Pillsbury Baptist Bible College

Changed the thermostat in the van; I miss Jess, our 1994 Suburban. I could sit in the engine compartment and knock that job out in 10-15 minutes, tops. A 1997 Chevy Astro involves considerable “unpacking” just to get to the thermostat housing, much less try to fit a socket on the nut. It’s done, though, praise the Lord. Saved me a few bucks, at least!

Finally showered and went “to work” early afternoon. :-p

Worked on getting music recorded for OBC’s gospel on CD with my daughter Meagan. So thankful to have kids using their talents, gifts, and abilities for the Lord!

Studied John 2:1-11 for Sunday morning’s message, and “What is a Disciple?” for Sunday afternoon.
